复方丹参胃漂浮缓释片的制备及其体外释放度研究(1)

[摘要] 目的：以HPMC、PVPP等辅料制备复方丹参胃漂浮缓释片，并考查其体外释放度。方法：超临界萃取丹参的有效成分，湿法制粒压片制备复方丹参胃漂浮缓释片；以U5(53)均匀设计法考察十八醇、PVPP、MCC用量对主药漂浮性能和体外释放度的影响，多元回归分析优化处方工艺。结果：复方丹参胃漂浮缓释片具有良好的漂浮性能和缓释作用。PVPP用量对主药漂浮性能和缓释作用影响最显著。结论：本方法制备的漂浮缓释片比普通片具有明显的缓释作用。该制备工艺简单可行，质量稳定，可压性好。
