腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统胆囊切除术的临床比较

[摘要] 目的：对腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统胆囊切除术的疗效进行比较。方法：将1 426例具有手术指征需行胆囊切除的胆囊良性疾病患者随机分为LC组和OC组，对术中、术后情况进行比较。结果：LC组手术时间、失血量、切口长度、肛门排气时间和术后住院天数均显著少于OC组(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术可减少对机体的创伤，有利于术后的恢复，但要注意避免相关并发症。

[Abstract] Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) and open cholecystectomy(OC).
