综合医院普通病房床垫细菌污染情况分析

[摘要] 目的：通过对综合医院不同病区普通病房使用中的床垫进行细菌监测，了解其受细菌污染程度、细菌种类及其分布特征，制定防控措施，以便控制经床垫感染引发的院内感染。方法：根据国家卫生标准GB15982-1995，对本院8个病区普通病房患者使用中的床垫进行细菌分离培养鉴定分析。结果：随机抽样160张使用中床垫，经检测发现：有87张床垫被细菌污染，其中普外科、脑外科、儿科的床垫污染较为严重；共分离培养出细菌103株，其中病原菌10株，占9.7%。结论：普通病房中被细菌污染的床垫已是院内感染的重要传染源，为减少院内感染，必须严格按要求对其进行清洁消毒。
