[摘要] 目的：加强对老年糖尿病合并感染的诊断治疗。方法：收集近2年来在我科住院的老年糖尿病合并感染的病人。结果：老年糖尿病病人对血糖控制不理想，易造成多脏器的损害。感染以G-菌为主，抗感染要采用降阶梯治疗。结论：老年糖尿病病人抵抗力差，易造成感染，引发多脏器衰竭。尽早预测受损因素，合理使用抗生素，能改善老年糖尿病病人的生活质量。

    The feature and treatment experience to agedness diabetes incorporating infections

    [Abstract] Objective：To emphasis treatment to merging symptom of aged diabetes. Methods：Last 2 year's aged merging symptom diabetes inpatients were collected. Results:Blood sugar of aged diabetes inpatients was unsatisfactorily controlled to cause multiple organ damages. Infections merely caused by negative G bacterium, down-step-treatment should be adopted to anti-infection. Conclusion:Forecasting damage factor and using antibiotics fairly will improvement agedness diabetes patient's quality of life.
