[摘要] 脑实质出血并破入脑室是一种较常见的临床类型，其死亡率高达42.6%~83.3%，特别是并发有脑积水或有脑疝形成的病人，内科保守治疗，死亡率几乎100%。兹报告本院自2007年11月~2008年2月以来住院的妊娠并发脑出血并破入脑室3例的诊断、防治体会。
