乌贼墨对小鼠T细胞亚群和T细胞活化的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的：研究乌贼墨对小鼠T细胞亚群和T细胞活化的影响。方法：实验组小鼠每天灌胃5%的乌贼墨0.5 ml，连续7 d。对照组小鼠给予等量生理盐水。流式细胞术检测小鼠外周血CD4+T细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值及IL-2αR(CD25)表达。结果：实验组小鼠外周血CD4+T细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值及IL-2αR(CD25)表达较对照组小鼠均有明显升高，而CD8+T细胞却无显著性变化。结论：乌贼墨通过增高CD4+T细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值及IL-2αR(CD25)表达对小鼠免疫功能进行调节。
