更昔洛韦眼用凝胶的制备及其质量控制(1)

[摘要] 目的：制备更昔洛韦眼用凝胶，并建立其质量控制方法。方法：以卡波姆940NF为凝胶基质，制备更昔洛韦眼用凝胶剂；以甲醇∶水(5∶95)为流动相，采用高效液相色谱法测定更昔洛韦含量。结果：制备的凝胶剂均匀，测定方法能很好地分离被测组分，被测组分在3.824~15.296 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9) ，平均回收率为99.7%，RSD=0.73%。结论：本文方法制备工艺简单，质量可控，有关项目符合眼用凝胶的质量要求。
