直接法树脂嵌体与传统树脂充填5年临床追踪观察对比(1)

     [摘要] 目的：比较树脂嵌体与树脂充填体的失败率、磨耗率以及其他临床指标。方法：树脂嵌体与树脂充填体病例各100例，5年期间利用USPHS标准进行临床评估。结果：树脂嵌体的失败率较树脂充填体要高(17.4%∶7.5%)，但二者之间差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。二者的其他临床指标比较，也没有显著性差异。二者在磨耗率未表现出显著性差异，同时显现出磨耗与时间呈线性相关(每年33~34 μm)。结论：直接法树脂嵌体在临床传统应用中相对于传统树脂充填技术并没有优势。
