高效液相色谱法测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量

[摘要] 目的：建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液含量的方法。方法：采用瑞士SPHERIGEL C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)为分析柱，甲醇-0.5%磷酸二氢钾(35∶ 65)为流动相，检测波长为217 nm，流速为1.0 ml/min。结果：回归方程为 H=0.916 4C-4.840 (r=0.999 9)，硫酸阿托品在40.0~160.0 μg/ml范围内，浓度与峰高呈良好线性关系，回收率为100.3%，RSD为0.93%。结论：本方法操作简便，专属性强，结果准确，能有效地控制硫酸阿托品滴眼液的质量。

Content determination of Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops by HPLC

[Abstract] Objective: To determine the content of atropine sulfate in Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops by HPLC. Methods: SPHERIGEL C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as column with the detective wavelength of 217 nm,the mobile phase was methanol-0.5%KH2PO4(35∶65) ,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: Caliation curve was linear over the rang of 40.0~160.0 μg/ml ,the regression quation was H=0.916 4C-4.840(r=0.999 9), for potency assay the mean recovery was 100.3%,RSD was 0.93%.
