[摘要] 目的：探讨乏脂肪肾错构瘤的螺旋CT表现。方法：对11例手术病理证实的乏脂肪AML的螺旋CT及临床表现进行回顾分析。结果：11例均为单发肿块,平扫表现密度均匀者6例,不均匀者5例。增强扫描5例肿块皮质期及实质期均表现为均匀强化；5例内有囊变区肿块,实质部分皮质期不均匀强化,实质期表现为均匀持续强化；1例表现为不均匀环状强化,边缘不规则。结论：均一强化和持续强化为乏脂肪AML的螺旋CT表现特征,结合临床多无明显泌尿系统症状的特点,可在术前与肾癌作出鉴别诊断。

    The study of manifestation of spiral CT in patients with renal angiomyolipoma

    [Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the spiral CT manifestations of renal angiomyolipoma absent of fat. Methods:The spiral CT findings in 11 cases of renal angiomyolipoma histopathologically proved were analyzed and compared with pathology retrospectively. Results:11 cases of angiomyolipoma manifested as a solitary renal mass on unenhanced CT, 6 cases of masses appeared as homogeneous attenuation, while 5 cases of tumors as heterogeneous attenuation. Among the 11 cases of tumors, 5 cases of tumors with homogeneous density demonstrated homogeneous at the cortical and parenchymal phase, 5 cases of tumors with Solid components showed heterogeneous enhancement at the cortical phase, and homogeneous enhancement at the parenchymal phase, 1 case of tumor showed orbicular heterogeneous enhancement with irregular margin. Conclusion:The CT features of angiomyolipoma are homogeneous and continuous enhancement, which combining with no evident clinical urinary symptom can be differentiated from renal carcinoma before surgery. ......
