慢性心力衰竭患者院外护理干预方法及临床效果研究(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨慢性心力衰竭患者院外护理干预方法及其对心功能和预后的影响。方法：选择2003年11月～2006年9月慢性心力衰竭患者148例，随机分为两组，其中73例出院后定期接受专业护理人员的评估与指导，为干预组，另75例为对照组。随访1年，观察两组患者的1年无事件生存率、死亡率、再住院人次及心功能指标。结果：随访1年，干预组无事件生存率、心功能NYHA分级及左心室射血分数均高于对照组，再住院人次、人均医疗费用及左心室舒张末期内径均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组死亡率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对慢性心力衰竭患者进行合理的院外护理干预可改善心功能及临床预后，并降低医疗费用。
