综合疗法治疗扁平疣54例疗效观察

[摘要] 目的：探索扁平疣的有效治疗方法。方法：治疗组口服阿昔洛韦片、潘生丁片、西米替丁片,外用重组人干扰素a-2b乳膏和维A酸乳膏;对照组口服病毒灵片,外用药物同治疗组。两组10 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为93.10%,痊愈率65.52%,对照组有效率为60.00%,痊愈率28.00%。两组有效率比较及两组痊愈率比较统计学均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组显著优于对照组。结论：口服阿昔洛韦、西米替丁、潘生丁，外用重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶和维A酸乳膏交替外涂综合疗法治疗扁平疣疗效显著可靠,值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effective therapy methods of flat wart.
