     [摘要] 目的：采用2，4-二硝基氟苯高效液相色谱柱前衍生法测定尿维氨滴眼液牛磺酸的含量。方法：采用Shim-pack VP-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm)，以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.0)-乙腈-水(70∶20∶10)为流动相，流速：1 ml/min，检测波长为360 nm。结果：在8.14～40.68 μg/ml范围内，牛磺酸的峰面积与其浓度呈线性关系(r=0.9997)；平均回收率为98.1%，RSD为0.81%。结论：本方法操作简单、准确，可用于测定尿维氨滴眼液牛磺酸的含量。
