HPLC法测定线叶旋覆花中1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量

[摘要] 目的:建立线叶旋覆花中1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(IBE-5)的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Scienhome C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-5%醋酸(5∶20∶75,V/V/V),流速:0.8 ml/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长:327 nm。结果:IBE-5在0.3~1.5 μg/ml之间与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,其回归方程为Y=3 397.5X-46.92,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为103.5%,RSD为2.28%(n=3),旋覆花中IBE-5的平均含量为2.35%。结论:该测定方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可用于测定线叶旋覆花中IBE-5的含量。
