HPLC法测定线叶旋覆花中1，5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量

     [摘要] 目的：建立线叶旋覆花中1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(IBE-5)的HPLC测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱条件：Scienhome C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相：甲醇-乙腈-5%醋酸(5∶20∶75，V/V/V)，流速：0.8 ml/min，柱温：25℃，检测波长：327 nm。结果：IBE-5在0.3～1.5 μg/ml之间与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系，其回归方程为Y=3 397.5X-46.92，r=0.999 9，平均加样回收率为103.5%，RSD为2.28%(n＝3)，旋覆花中IBE-5的平均含量为2.35%。结论：该测定方法简便、准确、分离效果好，可用于测定线叶旋覆花中IBE-5的含量。
