[摘要]目的：总结骨盆骨折的治疗经验和并发症处理。方法：对98例骨盆骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：术后24 h死亡2例，均为多发创伤并失血性休克，96例进行6~24个月随访，出现盆部并发症5例。按Majeed疗效评定标准优良率为94.8%。结论：应重视骨盆骨折的围手术期处理，积极手术治疗，防治并发症，取得满意疗效。

    Surgery management with pelvic fractures

    [Abstract] Objective：To summerize the experiences of treatment the pelvic fractures and its complication.Methods：98 cases of pelvic fractures were analysed retrospectively.Results： 2 casesdied in early 24 h because of multiple trauma and loss much blood in shock stage. 96 cases were followed up from 6 months to 7 years. 5 cases got complications in pelvic.
