子宫动脉栓塞治疗难治性产后大出血

[摘要]目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗难治性产后大出血的临床疗效。方法：17例产后大出血经保守治疗无效，采用Seldinger技术行双侧子宫动脉造影，确诊后注入明胶海绵颗粒栓塞剂，再次造影证实栓塞成功。结果：17例产后大出血患者全部栓塞成功，止血效果达100%，随访3个月无再次出血。结论：双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗难治性产后大出血安全、有效并保留了子宫。

[Abstract]Objective:To probe into the clinical effects of bilateral uterine arterial embolization (UAE) on postpartum massive hemorrhage. Methods:UAE was performed with gelfoam in 17 cases ofpostpartum massive hemorrhage. Results:The embolization succeeded technically in all of the 17 cases. The stanching rate was 100% and no severe complication was observed. Conclusion:UAE characterized by its instant stanching, certain curative, short operation time, minor trauma, and uterine saving is an effective way for treatment of postpartum massive hemorrhage ......
