胶体金标法与磁粒子捕获免疫发光法联合测定血β-HCG的分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：对胶体金标法(GICA)与磁粒子捕获免疫发光法(ICA)联合测定血β-HCG进行分析和探讨。方法：预先用胶体金标法对检测β-HCG的血清标品进行分组。然后根据上述浓度级别分组检测血清β-HCG的浓度。结果：胶体金标法和磁粒子捕获免疫发光法联合测定血β-HCG，既可大大节约昂贵的ICA试剂，又能快速发出检验报告。结论：该方法给医院及患者带来了非常可观的经济效益。
