治疗下呼吸道感染3种方案的成本-效果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的：对治疗下呼吸道感染的3种用药方案进行临床疗效与成本-效果分析，从而寻找最佳治疗方案，指导临床更合理地选择和用药。方法：选择144例下呼吸道感染患者，随机分为A、B、C 3组，每组48例，A组给予哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠3.0 g，qd；B组给予头孢呋辛钠1.5 g，tid；C组给予头孢曲松钠1 g，qd，均静脉滴注，疗程为7 d。运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行药物经济学评价。结果：A、B、C组成本分别为1 116.50、488.46及1 300.88元(P<0.05)；临床有效率分别为85.42%、79.17%及81.25%(P>0.05)；成本-效果比分别为13.07、6.17、16.01。结论：从药物经济学的观点分析，B方案是治疗下呼吸道感染较佳的治疗方案。
