胫骨远端外侧钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效分析
[摘要] 目的：探讨胫骨远端外侧钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：60例胫骨远端骨折患者，采用胫骨远端外侧钢板治疗，同时加强术后处理。结果：经胫骨远端外侧钢板治疗后愈合时间3～17个月，优38例，良15例，优良率为91.4%。结论：胫骨远端外侧钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折，手术效果满意，患肢功能恢复理想，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the lateral distal tibial plate in the treatment of fractures of the distal tibia. Methods：60 cases of distal tibial fracture patients, using lateral distal tibial plate treatment, after treatment at the same time strengthening. Results：The distal tibial fracture healing time of the lateral plate 3 to 17 months, the treatment of gifted up to 38 cases, good in 15 cases, excellent rate was 91.4%. Conclusion：The lateral distal tibial plate in the treatment of distal tibial fractures, surgical effect satisfied with the restoration of limb function ideal, it is widely used. ......
