[摘要] 目的：为了解HBV感染者的家属对相关预防知识的认知情况，提高其预防乙肝的知识水平，预防疾病传播，提高生活质量，探索在高危人群中的健康干预措施。方法：自行设计问卷，随机对HBV感染者的家属148人进行调查，主要对乙肝的传播途径、疫苗预防和有关垂直传播等三方面知识了解情况调查，并采用三级评分法。结果：对八项问题回答正确率为12.8%～61.5%(平均30.7%)，评分满分16分，结果最高14分,最低6分,平均8.03分,及格49人,及格率仅33.11%。文化程度影响到认知水平。结论：HBV感染者家属普遍缺乏乙肝预防相关知识，并存在较大的认知误区。应动员全社会参与，加大对HBV感染者家庭成员乃至公众的健康教育力度，并搞好HBV感染者家属的预防和监测工作。
