糖尿病肾病临床诊治分析

[摘要] 目的：早期诊断、早期治疗糖尿病，预防糖尿病肾病的发生。方法：对近7年来收治的糖尿病肾病86例患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果：好转46例，无好转或病情加重32例，死亡8例。结论：目前对糖尿病肾病的治疗，除严格控制血糖、血压、降血脂外，尚无特效疗法。早期诊断治疗可提高糖尿病患者生存质量，减少糖尿病肾病的发生，降低病死率。

[Abstract] Objective: To diagnose and treat diabetes mellitus(DM) in time, and prevent diabetic nephropathy.
