化合物3为白色无定型粉末。ESI-MS m/z:487[M-H]-(推出分子式C30H48O5)。1H-NMR(C5D5N) δ:1.02(3H,s),1.11(3H,s),1.13(3H,s),1.15(3H,d,J=6.5 Hz),1.30(3H,8),1.44(3H,s),1.74 (3H,s),3.08(1H,s,18-H),3.41(1H,d,J=9.3Hz,3-H),4.13(1H,In,2H),5.59(1H,br s,12-H)。13C-NMR(C5D5N) δ(C-1~30):48.3,69.0,84.3,40.3,56.4,19.4,33.9,40.9,48.3,38.9,24.6,128.4,140.4,42.6,29.8,26.8,48.7,55.1,73.1,42.8,27.4,38.9,29.7,18.1,17.3,17.7,25.1,181.1,27.6,17.2。以上光谱数据与文献[4]报道的数据一致,因此鉴定化合物为2α,3β,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(tormentic acid)。

化合物4为白色无定型粉末。ESI-MS m/z:471[M-H]-(推出分子式C30H48O4)。1H-NNR(CD3OD) δ:0.81(3H,s),0.82(3H,s),0.91(3H,s),0.95(3H,s),1.01(6H,s),1.02(3H,s),1.16(3H,s),2.86(1H,m,18-H),2.90(1H,d,J=9.6 Hz,3-H),3.62(1H,m,H-2),5.25(1H,brs,12-H)。13C-NMR (CD3OD) δ(C-1~30):48.5,69.6,84.5,40.7,56.8,19.7,33.7,40.6,48.4,39.4,24.1,123.5,145.4,42.8,28.9,24.7,47.7,43.0,47.3,31.7,35.1,33.9,29.4,17.8,17.2,17.5,26.5,181.9,34.0,24.2。以上光谱数据与文献[4]报道的数据一致,因此鉴定化合物为2α-羟基齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid)。
