[摘要] 目的：总结贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压症的疗效。方法：采用贲门周围血管离断、胃小弯浆膜化治疗门脉高压症。结果：37例门脉高压症患者术中(择期手术27例、急诊手术10例)无一例死亡，术后随访1～5年，无一例再出血。结论：贲门周围血管离断术是基层医院治疗门脉高压症的一种操作简单、近期及远期疗效满意的手术方法。

    The operation of pericardial devascularization for the patient with portal hypertension

    [Abstract] Objective: To summarize the effect of the pericardial devascularization for the patient with portal hypertension. Methods: The cases underwent the operation of pericardial devascularization. Results: In the total 37 cases involved in operations, 27 cases were in time selecting operation, 10 cases were in emergency operaions, and no death occurred. In the 1-5 years of follow-up, no rehaemorrhagia was found. Conclusion: The operation of pericardial devascularization is an effective treatment in public hospital.
