利培酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者生存质量影响的比较研究(1)

[摘要] 目的：比较利培酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者生存质量的影响。方法：采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)，副作用量表(TESS)，健康状况问卷(SF-36)进行疗效、副作用和生存质量评估，并对影响生存质量的某些因素进行多元逐步回归分析。结果：两组PANSS评分治疗前[(71.7±17.50)，(66.03±14.13)]、治疗后[(41.27±9.39)，(38.93±7.68)]比较，均有显著性差异(P<0.01)，而两组同期相互比较，则无显著性差异。治疗结束后，利培酮组生理功能、生理职能、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能4个因子分及生存质量总评分均明显高于氯氮平组，且治疗前后评分有显著性差异。多因素逐步回归分析显示，影响患者生存质量的主要因素依次为精神症状、药物、副作用、病程。结论：利培酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症疗效相当，生存质量优于氯氮平。

Comparative study on the effects of Risperidone and Clozapine on the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia

[Abstract] Objective： To compare the effects of Risperidone and Clozapine on the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia. Methods： Used of positive and negative symptoms Scale (PANSS)， Vice-Scale (TESS)， health status questionnaire (SF-36) for efficacy， side effects and quality of life assessment and impacted on quality of life for some of multiple factors regression analysis. Results： PANSS score of two groups before treatment[(71.7±17.50)，(66.03±14.13)]and after treatment[(41.27±9.39)，(38.93±7.68)] all had significantly different (P<0.01)， while the two groups each other over the same period of comparison， there was no significant difference. After the treatment， Risperidone group in physiological functions， physical functions， life vitality， social function， emotional function four-points and quality of life total score was significantly higher than the Clozapine group. Before and after treatment score， there were significant differences. Multi-factor regression analysis showed that affect quality of life were the main factors for mental symptoms， drugs， side effects， course. Conclusion： Risperidone and Clozapine on the effect of schizophrenia is equal， the quality of life is better than Clozapine.
