[摘要] 阐述医院人力资源管理引入六西格玛的意义,并通过薪酬体系设计、平衡计分卡、建立培训体系三个方面分析六西格玛在医院人力资源管理中的价值,最后介绍六西格玛在医院人力资源管理中的应用。医院人力资源管理中实施六西格玛,以“界定—测量—分析—改进—控制”流程改进模式达到消除或减少误差和失误,使医院获得最大回报。[关键词] 六西格玛;医院管理;人力资源管理

[Abstract] To elaborate the significance of introducing the Six Sigma in hospital human resource management, and analyze the value of Six Sigma in hospital human resource managemen through three aspects of the salary system design, the balanced scorecard and establishing the training system, and eventually introduce the application of Six Sigma in hospital human resource management. Applying Six Sigma in hospital human resource and improving the mode by the procedure of “define—measure—analyze—improve—control” to eliminate or reduce the errors and mistakes, and eventually let the hospital get the most return. ......
