[摘要] 目的：报道腹膜后纤维化合并左侧重复肾盂输尿管畸形1例，探讨腹膜后纤维化的临床特点及诊治方法。方法：回顾性分析1 例腹膜后纤维化合并左侧重复肾盂输尿管畸形的诊治情况，并复习有关文献，探讨其临床特征。结果：腹膜后纤维化特别是合并左侧重复肾盂输尿管畸形较罕见，影像学检查表现为肾积水、肾功能不全。结论：腹膜后纤维化合并重复肾盂输尿管畸形治疗以手术为主。

    One case retroperitoneal fibrosis with left duplication of kidney and ureter malformation

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis with left duplication of kidney and ureter malformation. Methods: One case retroperitoneal fibrosis with left duplication of kidney and ureter malformation was presented with review of the literature. Results: Retroperitoneal fibrosis with left duplication of kidney and ureter malformation was rare. There was hydronephrosis and chronic renal function failure in this case. Conclusion: Surgery is the main therapy for retroperitoneal fibrosis with duplication of kidney and ureter malformation. ......
