[摘要] 目的：评价应用强生Fastin RC 锚钉治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法：2006年6月～2008年6月对76例Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者应用强生Fastin RC 锚钉进行原位修复手术。结果：术后随访75例，随访4～24个月，优良率为92.11%。结论：强生Fastin RC锚钉固定治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤能恢复韧带的原有解剖结构，且能提供足够的生物力学支持，是治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的一种有效方法。

    Analysis of treatment for grade Ⅲ knee medial collateral ligament injury with anchor screw

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical treatment results of grade Ⅲ medial collaternal ligament(MCL) reconstruction with anchor screw. Methods: From June 2006 to June 2008, 76 cases of grade Ⅲ medial collaternal ligament injury were in situ repaired by anchor screw. Results: 75 patients were followed up for 4～24 months, the good rate was 92.11%. Conclusion: In situ repair technique for grade Ⅲ knee medial collateral ligament jnjury by anchor screw can restore original anatomical structures and provide adequate biomechanics support. So it is an effective way to knee medial collateral ligament injury. ......
