[摘要] 目的：临床使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵预防拔牙后干槽症。方法：178例拔除下颌阻生齿患者被随机分成两组，治疗组使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵，对照组未使用任何药物，对两组患者疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组中100例患者在使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵后，1例发生干槽症(发生率为1%)。而在对照组78例患者中有13例干槽症发生(发生率为16.70%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于下颌后牙尤其是阻生齿拔除术之后，建议使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵以预防干槽症的发生。
