[摘要] 目的:研究糖尿病患者进食富含膳食纤维魔芋后血糖的变化特点,为有效指导糖尿病患者进行饮食治疗提供科学依据。方法:选择某医院内分泌门诊和住院糖尿病患者30例,采用自身对照的方法进行血糖观察。第1天选取确诊的2型糖尿病患者,分别测定他们的空腹血糖,进食含50 g碳水化合物的白面馒头,测15、30、45、60、90和120 min的血糖。第2天自身对照,测定空腹血糖,进食含50 g碳水化合物的白面馒头和100 g魔芋,测15、30、45、60、90和120 min的血糖。结果:进食含50 g碳水化合物的白面馒头和100 g魔芋后,患者30、45、60和90 min血糖与对照进食含50 g碳水化合物的白面馒头比较,血糖明显下降,差异有统计学意义。结论:进食膳食纤维(魔芋)能降低2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖的高峰值和餐后2 h的血糖值,减少餐后血糖的波动。

Effects of Amorphophallus konjac on the postprandial blood glucose of type 2 diabetes mellitus

[Abstract] Objective: To study the features of the dietary-fiber-rich Amorphophallus konjac which is conveniently available in daily life and provide scientific evidence for effectively instructing the diet treatment of diabetics. Methods: 30 cases were selected from endocrinology department and diabetics in a hospital. Self-comparison approach was employed to observe the blood glucose. On the first day, patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected to determine their fasting blood glucose respectively; then they were given steamed bread containing 50 g carbohydrates, and then the blood glucose was determined at 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. On the second day, a self-comparison was involved and patients were determined the fasting blood glucose, then they were given steamed bread containing 50 g carbohydrates and 100 g Amorphophallus konjac, and then the blood glucose was determined at 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. Results: The values of blood glucose at 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute after intake of 50 g carbohydrates of steamed bread and 100 g Amorphophallus konjac were obviously decreased compared with single intake of 50 g carbohydrates steamed bread, and showed a statistical significance ......
