[摘要] 包覆脂质体以其优良的特性，逐渐成为药物载体领域研究的热点。本文综述了近几年出现的7类包覆脂质体作为药物载体的研究进展，讨论了不同包覆材料包覆脂质体的可行性和包覆前后脂质体载药特性的变化，介绍了包覆脂质体在药物载体领域内的应用，探讨了其独特优点，展望了其应用前景。

    Research progress of coated liposome as drug carrier

    [Abstract] Coated liposome is a kind of surface modified liposome, it is a combination of the polymer-based drug delivery system and the lipid-based drug delivery system, experiments showed coated liposome integrated the advantages and avoided the disadvantages of the two systems, improved the stability of liposome both in vivo and in vitro, reduced the uptake of the phagocytic cells in the reticuloendothelial system, and prolonged the circulation. The Research progress of coated liposome as a new drug carrier is reviewed in this paper. ......
