胃癌组织Survivin、COX-2、Ki67的表达及意义

[摘要] 目的:探讨胃癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白(Survivin)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)及核增殖抗原(Ki67)的表达与生物学特性的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色(S-P)法检测58例胃癌标本Survivin、COX-2及Ki67的表达,并以58例正常胃黏膜作为对照组。结果:胃癌组织中Survivin及COX-2表达率分别为79.31%和82.76%,均高于正常胃黏膜(P<0.01);Survivin及COX-2的表达与胃癌性别、年龄、部位及大小无相关性(P>0.05),而与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),且二者有相关性(P<0.05,r=0.443)。Survivin及COX-2表达阳性组与阴性组比较,Ki67的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Survivin、COX-2及Ki67在胃癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用,可作为反映胃癌生物学行为的指标。

The clinical significance and expression of Survivin, COX-2 and Ki67 in gastric carcinoma

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the expression of Survivin, COX-2 and Ki67 in gastric carcinoma and their relationship with biological characteristics. Methods: The expression of Survivin, COX-2 and Ki67 in the tumor tissues from 58 cases of gastric carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemical S-P method,and 58 cases of normal gastric mucosa served as control group. Results: The positive rates of Survivin and COX-2 were 79.31% and 82.76% respectively, higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). The expressions of Survivin and COX-2 were not associated with sex, age, location and size of gastric cancer (P>0.05), but were correlated with the depth of tumor infiltration (P<0.05), and the extent of lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) and TNM stage of cancer (P<0.05). The expressions of Survivin and COX-2 had correlation in gastric carcinoma (P<0.05, r=0.443). Ki67 expression had statistical significance between Survivin and COX-2 positive expression group and negative expression group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Our results suggested that Survivin, COX-2 and Ki67 play an important role in the genesis and development of gastric carcinoma, which could be the index of prognostic evaluation and determination of gastric carcinoma biological behavior.
