[摘要] 目的：探讨脾破裂非手术治疗的可行性及其适应证的选择。方法：回顾性分析我院1997年1月～2008年3月非手术治疗48例脾破裂患者的临床资料及治疗效果。结果：46例成功，2例中转手术。结论：选择性非手术治疗脾破裂是一种安全有效的治疗手段， Ⅰ～Ⅱ级外伤性脾破裂可在严密观察下行选择性非手术治疗。

    Non-operative management of splenic injuries in 48 cases

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the selection of practicability and safety in non-operative management of splenic injuries. Methods: The clinical data and results of 48 cases from January 1997 to March 2008 with splenic injuries had been managed non-operative were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 46 cases conservative successfully and 2 cases under medical treatment were turned the spleen excision. Conclusion: Selective non-operative management in patients with splenic injuries is a safe and feasible way, grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ of splenic injuries can be managed non-operatively under tight observation. ......
