[摘要] 白癜风是一种常见的获得性、以局部或全身皮肤色素脱失为特征的皮肤疾病，其发病机制学说不同，愈来愈多的证据表明白癜风的发病和免疫学说密切相关。细胞因子在细胞之间传递信息，调节细胞的生理过程，提高机体的免疫力。已有大量文献报道白癜风患者体内相关细胞因子发生变化，细胞因子研究有助于阐明分子水平的免疫调节机制。本文就近几年细胞因子在白癜风患者血清中的研究作一综述。

    [Abstract] Vitiligo is a kind of frequent acquired skin disease charactered as skin pigment loss,more and more evidences indicated that immunifaction theory is close to the morbidity of vitiligo. There are lots of literatures about the change of correlated cytokine to vitiligo patients serum have been reported. Study on cytokine is helpful with illuminating immunological regulation on the molecular level.This review detailed the correlated cytokine study on vitiligo patients serum in recent years. ......
