宫内节育器首置失败者再置GyneFix宫内节育器的效果观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨首次放置宫内节育器失败的育龄妇女再次放置GyneFix宫内节育器的效果。方法：将109例有放置宫内节育器失败史的育龄女性随机分为GyneFix组(n=56)和VCu200组(n=53)。前者放置GyneFix、后者放置VCu200宫内节育器，于置器后6、12个月随访，对放置效果进行评价。结果：置器后6个月，GyneFix 组的IUD的终止率明显低于VCu200组(P＝0.038)，而续用率则GyneFix 组明显高于VCu200组(P＝0.038)。放置后12个月，GyneFix 组脱落率明显低于VCu200组(P＝0.038)；同样，GyneFix 组总的终止率明显低于VCu200组(P＝0.021)，但是前者续用率明显高于后者(P＝0.021)。而带环妊娠则6个月和12个月时均无显著性差异。结论：GyneFix宫内节育器避孕效果可靠、可接受性好，对首次置器失败者推荐使用GyneFix宫内节育器。

Investigating the effect of second replacing GyneFix introuterine device in reproductive age women after first failure at placing introuterine device

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of GyneFix introuterine device in reproductive age women after first failure at placing introuterine device(IUD). Methods: 109 reproductive age women who had failure to receive IUD for the first time were randomly divided into GyneFix group(n=56) and VCu200 group(n=53).The women in GyneFix group were received GyneFix IUD,while in VCu200 group were received VCu200 IUD.The effect of placed IUD were analyzed after 6 months or 12 months. Results: After 6 months of placement，the terminative percentage of GyneFix IUD was significantly lower than VCu200 IUD (P=0.038)，but the continuously using percentage of GyneFix IUD was remarkably higher than VCu200 IUD(P=0.038).After 12 months,the status was found similar to that of after 6 months except the percentage of IUD defluxion in GyneFix group was significantly lower than that of in VCu200 IUD (3.6% vs 15.1%, P=0.038 ). Conclusion: GyneFix IUD is efficient and feasible in reproductive age women who had failure to receive IUD for the first time ......
