[摘要] 医院纪检监察工作关系着医院全面建设与发展和社会的和谐稳定。如何才能发挥纪检监察工作在医院管理中的作用，使之更好地为医疗卫生事业服务，是现在面临的一个问题。本文结合医院工作实际，从推进反腐倡廉教育、领导干部作风建设和监督职能等方面探讨如何加强纪检监察建设，为医院改革与发展保驾护航。

    [Abstract] The work of discipline supervise not only influence the construction and development of hospital, but also affects social harmony and stability. How to play a role of discipline supervise in the hospital management and promote the medical and health service is a problem need to be resolved. Based on the circumstances of hospital, this article investigates how to strengthen the work of discipline supervise by focusing on education about combating corruption and building a clean government and work style of leading cadre and supervisory functions of discipline supervise, in order to accelerate the hospital's reformation and development. ......
