低分子肝素钙联合川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：对低分子肝素钙与川芎嗪注射液联合应用治疗急性脑梗死的疗效进行临床观察。方法：将63例急性脑梗死患者随机分成三组，治疗组予低分子肝素钙0.4 ml，每12小时腹部皮下注射1次，共用7 d；川芎嗪注射液0.1 g加入0.9%NaCl注射液200 ml中静脉滴注，1日1次，共14 d；设两组对照组，对照组1为低分子肝素钙0.4 ml，每12小时腹部皮下注射1次，共用7 d；对照组2为川芎嗪注射液0.1 g加入0.9%NaCl注射液200 ml中静脉滴注，1日1次，共14 d。分别观察三组治疗前后血液学改变及临床疗效。结果：经治疗，治疗组基本痊愈率为82.7%，显效率为93.1%；基本痊愈率及显效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗中未出现不良反应。结论：低分子肝素钙与川芎嗪注射液联合应用治疗急性脑梗死，其改善血液学及临床疗效方面明显优于两药单独应用，且安全有效。

The clinical observation of treating acute cerebral infarction with Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and Ligustrazine Injection

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and Ligustrazine Injection. Methods: The 63 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into three groups. Inject Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium 0.4 ml into the treatment groups once every l2 hours, the injection was subcutaneous abdominal and should last for seven days. Put 0.1 g of Ligustrazine Injection into 200 ml of 0.9% NaCl for intravenous injection once a day; it should last for 14 days.Two groups were the contrastive groups. Apply Low-molecular-weight heparin calcium 0.4 ml for the contrastive group 1; inject once every 12 hours, the injection was subcutaneous abdominal and should last for seven days； put 0.1 g of Ligustrazine Injection into 200 ml of 0.9% NaCl for intravenous injection , then injected into the control group 2 once a day; it should last for 14 days. And observed separately the three groups' hematology changes and clinical treatment effect before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the recovery rate of the treatment group was 82 ......
