[摘要] 新型农村合作医疗是农村卫生发展中的一项重要制度。新型农村合作医疗制度全面推进以来，受到了广大农民群众的普遍欢迎，取得了明显的成效，但在实施过程中也产生了一些新的问题。如何改进和完善这项制度成为不同学科领域研究者十分关注的议题。本文针对其实施过程中存在的问题，提出了完善新型农村合作医疗制度的几点建议。

    Several considerations about the new rural cooperative medical system

    [Abstract] New rural cooperative medical system is one of critical institutions in rural health system development. Since the new rural cooperative medical system was pushed forward, it has been generally welcomed by the majority of farmers, and it has achieved great effectiveness, but it has also produced some new problems in the process of being implemented. How to perfect the system becomes a highlight topics for discussion in researchers from multiple disciplines.
