[摘要] 当前社会紧张的医患矛盾严重影响了骨科临床教学实习工作。通过对目前这种状况的分析和研究，笔者认为医学实习生提高自身综合素质，尊重患者，加强沟通，及带教老师加强各方面协调，是改变现在临床教学不利局面的有效手段。

    The discussion of physician-patient contradiction on orthopedic clinical teaching

    [Abstract] The current social tension between doctors and patients has seriously affected the work of orthopedic clinical teaching practice. Through the research and analysis of the present state, I think it an effective means of a negative situation for changing the clinical teaching to improve their overall quality, to respect patients and to enhance mutual understanding for medical interns and to strengthen coordination in all aspects for teachers.
