比索洛尔联合益心舒胶囊治疗心律失常190例临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察比索洛尔联合益心舒胶囊治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将380例心律失常患者随机分为治疗组190例与对照组190例。治疗组口服比索洛尔与益心舒胶囊，对照组口服比索洛尔。治疗前及治疗4周后对两组患者常规12导联心电图、48 h动态心电图及临床症状进行观察。结果：比索洛尔联合益心舒胶囊对心律失常疗效较好，对室上性心律失常总有效率为91.67%，室性心律失常总有效率为88.98%，临床症状缓解率为90.53%；而比索洛尔分别为73.61%，81.36%，76.32%，两组比较有统计学意义。结论：比索洛尔联合益心舒胶囊治疗心律失常疗效显著，比单独用比索洛尔效果好。二者联合用药安全、疗效确切，长期服用可改善预后，尤其对于器质性心律失常可作为首选用药。

Clinial analysis of Bisoprololwith Yixinshu Capsule on 190 cases of arrhythmias

[Abstract]Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yixinshu Capsule in the treatment of arrhythmias. Methods: 380 patients with arrhythmias were divided into two groups randomly. 190 patients of treatment qroup received Yixinshu combined with Bisoprolol for 4 weeks. The other 190 patients of control group received Bisoprolol alone for 4 weeks. We recorded patients' smptoms, physical signs and gave electrocardiogram(ECG) and 48 hours Holter before and after treatment. Results: The result of Holter after treating 4 weeks actted as the level between two groups. The treatment group: the total efficacy rate of Yixinshu combined with Bisoprolol on supraventricular arrhythmias was91.67%, the total efficacy rate on ventricular arrhythmias was 88.98%, the clinical symptoms' remission rate was 90.53%. While it was 73.61%, 81.36% and 76.32% respectively in the control group. There were significant statistical differences between two groups. Conclusion: The efficacy of Yixinshu combined with Bisoprolol in treating arrhythmiasis very obvious, and is better than that of Bisoprolol alone. It is safe and effective that we associate Bisoprolol with Yixinshu to treat patients with arrhythmias and it could improve patients' prognosis，especially， it could be thought as the drugs of first choice for organic heart diseases ......
