[摘要] 乙型肝炎的发病是乙型肝炎病毒与机体之间相互作用的结果，免疫细胞及其分泌的细胞因子积极参与了病毒性肝炎的发生发展过程。细胞因子是一类广泛参与免疫调节和炎症反应的小分子多肽类因子，对于细胞的增殖、生长、分化等起重要的调节作用。本文对不同的细胞因子在乙型肝炎的发生、发展阶段中所起的作用进行综述，有助于进一步认识其分子机制。

    Study on the progress of roles played by cytokines in type B hepatitis

    [Abstract] The onset of type B hepatitis is caused by the interaction between hepatitis B virus and organism, and immunocyte participates in the process of development of virus hepatitis actively with its cytokine. Cytokine is one kind of micromolecule polypeptides which wide intervenes in the immunoloregulation and inflammatory reaction. Cytokine can play an important role in the proliferation, growth and differentiation of the cell. Reviewing the roles played by different cytokines in the process of development of type B hepatitis can help to know its mechanism at molecular level.
