[摘要] 目的：探讨综合护理干预对原发性高血压患者遵医行为的影响。方法：选择原发性高血压患者104例，随机分为实验组和对照组各52例，实验组给予综合护理干预措施，主要包括高血压病知识、药物知识和自我保健知识指导，并定期随访；对照组按常规药物治疗，给予常规指导，不进行随访。1年后对两组患者遵医行为进行评价。遵医行为分为完全遵医、部分遵医、不遵医，完全遵医和部分遵医按遵医计算，统计两组遵医率，并将数据进行比较。结果：实验组总遵医率(86.54%)及完全遵医率(57.69%)与对照组总遵医率(65.38%)及完全遵医率(28.85%)比较，具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预能提高患者遵医率，对治疗具有重要作用。

The effects of general intervention iatreusis on the compliance of patients with primary hypertension

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of general intervention iatreusis on the compliance of patients with primary hypertension. Methods: 104 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The experiment group received general intervention iatreusis, including hypertension knowledge, knowledge of drugs and self-care guiding, and regularly followed up. The control group received conventional drug therapy, conventional guidance, and received no follow-up. After one year, the behavior of patients' treatment compliance was assessed. Compliance included complete treatment compliance, uncomplete treatment compliance and treament uncompliance. Complete treatment compliance and uncomplete treatment compliance were considered as treatment compliance. The rate of treatment compliance in two groups was calculated and compared. Results: The total rate of treatment compliance(86.54%) and complete treatment compliance (57.69%) in experiment group were statistically different compared with the total rate of treatment compliance (65.38%) and complete treatment compliance (28.85%) in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The general intervention iatreusis could significantly improve the treatment compliance rate of patients with primary hypertension.
