Kyphon球囊扩张后凸成形术的并发症及对策分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:分析Kyphon球囊扩张后凸成形术的并发症与对策。方法:回顾性分析我院应用后凸成形术治疗38例53个骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的患者,记录围术期并发症的类型,分析其原因及采用的方法。结果:38例患者53个椎体顺利完成手术,术中渗漏发生9例,其中,静脉渗漏8例,椎弓根外渗漏1例,发生突发性低血压2例,无一例死亡,无一例发生切口感染。结论:应用Kyphon球囊扩张后凸成形术手术并发症发生率较高,通过采取相应的措施可以有效降低并发症的发生率,一般不引起临床不良后果。
