[摘要] 目的:观察左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择下呼吸道感染患者41例,以左氧氟沙星0.2~0.3 g静滴,2次/d,连用7~14 d,平均用药时间9.6 d。结果:本组41例患者经治疗后,痊愈22例,显效15例,进步3例,无效1例,总有效率为90.24%。结论:左氧氟沙星是一种高效、安全的广谱抗生素,对下呼吸道感染有很好的治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: 41 cases of patients with lower respiratory tract infection were selected, and treated with 0.2-0.3 g Levofloxacin by intravenous infusion, twice a day for 7-14 d, the average use time was 9.6 d. Results: After the treatment of 41 cases of patients in our study, 22 cases were fully recovered, 15 cases were effective, 3 cases were progressive, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 90 ......
