复方淫羊藿颗粒提取工艺的研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:筛选复方淫羊藿颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:应用正交设计表L9(43)设计复方淫羊藿颗粒的提取工艺,以淫羊藿苷作为考察指标,优选复方淫羊藿颗粒的提取工艺。结果:复方淫羊藿颗粒最佳提取工艺为取药材加12倍药材量体积水,浸泡15 min,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。结论:按照筛选最佳提取工艺验证,淫羊藿苷提取率最高,此提取工艺可行。
