聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

[摘要] 目的:观察聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:选择住院的糖尿病足患者49例,采用随机法分为治疗组25例和对照组24例,两组予内科治疗及蚕食清创法进行创面处理,治疗组外用聚维酮碘软膏换药,对照组外用庆大霉素加胰岛素纱条湿敷换药。结果:治疗组治愈16例,好转8例,无效1例,总有效率为96.00%,对照组治愈6例,好转7例,无效11例,总有效率为54.17%,两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足疗效显著。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the treatment effect of Povidone iodine ointment on the diabetic foot. Methods: Fourty-nine hospitalized cases of the diabetic foot were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in experimental group and 24 cases in control group.
