思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:我院2005年 5月～2007年5月收治的因各种疾病所致的口腔溃疡门诊和住院患儿70例应用思密达治疗,并与同期应用锡类散治疗70例小儿口腔溃疡的临床效果进行比较。结果:思密达组显效 51例,有效17例,无效2例。对照组显效15例,有效 38例,无效17例。思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡疗效明显好于锡类散,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思密达治疗小儿口腔溃疡,患儿易接受,且疗程短,临床效果满意,可作为治疗口腔溃疡的首选药物之一,值得临床推广使用。
