成年男性患者包皮环切术术前157例心理干预效果观察

[摘要] 目的:探讨包皮环切术前心理干预的临床疗效。方法:所有患者均为成年男性需行包皮环切术者,157例男性患者,随机分为观察组79例和对照组78例。对照组不采用心理干预疗法;观察组采用术前心理干预。观察两组环切术前1 h、术前即刻的心率、血压变化情况及焦虑状态评分。结果:对照组前1 h、术前即刻的的心率、血压变化及焦虑状态的变化幅度明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:术前心理干预的疗效是积极有效的。
