高效液相色谱法测定复方醋酸曲安奈德滴耳液的含量(1)

     [摘要] 目的:建立测定复方醋酸曲安奈德滴耳液中氯霉素和醋酸曲安奈德含量的HPLC法。方法:采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-乙醚-三乙胺(55∶45∶2∶0.2),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为240 nm。结果:氯霉素、醋酸曲安奈德的线性范围分别为15.012～750.600 μg(r=0.999 2)、1.028～51.400 μg(r=0.999 9),回收率分别为99.9%(RSD=0.21%)和99.8%(RSD=0.34%)(n=9)。结论:本法操作简单、结果准确,可用于该药物的质量控制。
