[摘要] 药品所引起的风险包括安全性和有效性的问题。本文从药品质量和药品使用两个方面阐述风险的由来及防范,并重点指出信息流在防范风险中所起的关键作用,以期达到用药安全、有效的目的。

    A comment on preventing drug risk in hospital
