连续性血液净化疗法治疗弥散性血管内凝血4例临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨连续性血液净化在弥散性血管内凝血患者抢救中的治疗效果。方法:通过对4例不同病因导致弥散性血管内凝血的患者采用连续性血液净化方法治疗,对比前后血小板、凝血因子、临床症状、体征和有关指标,评估血液净化的治疗效果。结果:4例患者连续性血液净化治疗后血小板、凝血因子升高,临床症状及体征均有改善,其中,3例症状缓解,1例患者因原发病诱发多脏器功能衰竭而死亡。结论:血液净化是治疗弥散性血管内凝血的有效手段。
